Rob Baxter eyes more progress for Exeter Chiefs
Exeter Chiefs head coach Rob Baxter is confident his side can continue improving after achieving their first home win in the Heineken Cup.
The Devon club beat Scarlets 30-20 at Sandy Park on Saturday and retain an outside chance of progressing to the knock-out stages, with two Pool Five games remaining against Leinster and Clermont Auvergne.

Baxter said: "We've won our first game in front of our own fans. I'm confident we can play better, which I just told the guys is always a nice position to be in.
"There was a lot of endeavour out there and a lot of hard work and sometimes you have got to graft yourselves through to a win, which is what we did.

"We've always said the Heineken Cup is about learning. You do that by getting in the thick of the action and we have done that for four games.
"We came up short in two and we've done well in two. We haven't left anything out on the pitch, all the guys that have gone out there have gone flying into the games.
"We have got some very important Premiership games to take care of now. If we don't focus on them, our season could fall flat a little bit."
The Chiefs will see out the calendar year with crucial Aviva Premiership games against Gloucester at Kingsholm and Bath at home.
Baxter said: "The important thing is that we turn up on Monday and put the last six or seven weeks behind us. Let's not talk about extending this run, let's start something else that is going to be special.
"We've got some massively important games over Christmas. The next two games will define where we are fighting at the end of the season," Baxter concluded.
