Rock up for Hoe fun run, say Thin Lizzy
ROCK superstars Thin Lizzy are the latest high-profile names to back the Sport Relief Plymouth Mile.
Olympic hopeful Tom Daley was among the famous faces to join joggers in the city for last year's race.

The huge charity fun-run will be returning to the Hoe on Sunday, March 25, as part of a multi-million-pound national fundraising drive.
Thin Lizzy donned Sport Relief t-shirts after their gig at the Plymouth Pavilions earlier this month to encourage fans to sign up to the challenge.
Frontman Ricky Warwick urged city people to "rock out" along the route, which will offer runners a one-mile, three-mile or six-mile course. All the cash raised will go towards helping disadvantaged people in Plymouth, elsewhere in the UK and across the globe in some of the world's poorest countries.
Over £1million has been spent on South West projects since a stunning 3,300 people took on the Plymouth Mile last year, themselves raising over £800,000 for charity.
Sport Relief is again pumping cash into grassroots Plymouth projects this year with its annual Community Cash fund.
Applications for a slice of the £50,000 pot are open until March 9 – and the clock is ticking.

“Did you see them at Pavillions? They'd make Phil proud! Plenty of bands mess around with the line up, doesn't mean its not them.”

“I've been staring at this photo for ages and I still can't see Garry or Phil ... so it can't be Lizzy. Must be some other band.”
