The 32-year-old female driver of the Focus was not injured and the road was cleared by 9:50am.

Three vehicles collided on the A30 on the Exeter-bound sliproad towards Ide at 9am.

When police arrived everyone was out of the vehicles with no injuries reported.

The A30 was closed eastbound at the A377 Alphington interchange.

At 9.20am a black Vauxhall Astra aquaplaned on the A38 southbound at Dean Prior and crashed into the central reservation, partially blocking one lane of the carriageway.

The male driver was said to be suffering from shock and minor injuries and an ambulance attended.

The collision left a fuel spillage and the Highways Agency were called.

The incident delayed traffic at the southbound Lower Dean junction and westbound between the Dartbridge junction in Buckfastleigh and the Marley Head junction in Didworthy.
