A TALK about the wildlife secrets of Marsland Nature Reserve near Morwenstow will be held at the Castle Centre in Barnstaple at 7pm on Friday, September 10.

Gary Pilkington, who manages the reserve, will give the illustrated talk, which will include a film of young otters.

Entry will cost £2.50 and children can attend for free.

The reserve has specimens of the extremely rare Pearl Bordered Fritillary butterfly.
