Serviceman denies assault charges
A MEMBER of the Armed Forces accused of assault has appeared at North Devon Magistrates' Court.
Aidan James Parr, 26, of 180 Ditchfield Road, Widnes, pleaded not guilty at the court on Friday to two charges of assault.
Parr, who wore a grey shirt, grey waistcoat and no tie, denied assaulting Michael Wills and Ian Williams on October 14 in Barnstaple.
His case will be heard on April 8 when Parr and a witness will travel to Barnstaple from their unit's base in Scotland.
