Singers stage charity event
Brent Singers will be giving a charity concert on Saturday, December 8, at St Petroc’s Church, South Brent.
The choir will be singing Bach’s Gloria in Excelsis Deo, Buxtehude’s The Little Newborn Jesus Christ and a selection of carols by living composers.
This is a fund-raising concert for brain tumour charity the Susanna Twiddy Fund 2012, and Susanna’s father will be talking about this charity and its work.
Tickets are £10 - free for under-16s - and are available from The Mare and Foal Shop in South Brent, from choir members or at the door. The concert starts at 7.30pm.
