South Molton road collapses after heavy rain sweeps over Devon
A road in North Devon has been closed after part of it collapsed during heavy rain after torrential rain hit the region.
A section of the B3226 road in South Molton between Kings Nympton and Bishops Nympton has been shut after heavy rain washed away part of the Wampford Bridge road.

Police say they were called at just after 12pm today after a large section of the road collapsed, leaving the road impassable.
The Highways Agency and a structual engineer from the council have been called to assess the damage.

A 23 mile diversion has been set up via Witheridge.
Hugh Griffith, Highway Operations Control Centre Manager for Devon County Council, has reported that icy conditions tonight may leave road surfaces close to freezing on high ground in East Devon and on Dartmoor.
Other roads and pathways around Devon have been damaged y the downpours.
In Georgeham, just outside Braunton in North Devon, a footbridge between Buckland Mine and Willingcot Plantation has collapsed leaving a seven foot drop.
The road near to Yellowford Farm in Thorverton, near Crediton, has had to be closed due to a collapsed culvert.
In Plympton Vinery Lane has been closed due to flooding between Sherford Road and Back Lane.
The road between Avonwick and Dipford is flooded and the Highways Agency have been called.
The A38 in Plymouth, around Marsh Mills, is reported to be hazardous fro motorists with standing water on the road and one lane closed on the Parkway eastbound between Forder Valley interchange and Marsh Mills roundabout.
Central Park in the Peverell area and some houses in Honicknowle have also suffered flooding.
