THERE is an amazing and rare opportunity to attend a workshop run by stars from the West End show, Wicked, this Sunday.

The London performers will be holding a workshop for students of Barnstaple's Stagecoach Theatre Arts School.

Young performers, aged 7 to 18, will be learning scenes from the musical Wicked plus the hit song Loathing, which they will later perform alongside West End stars Nikki Davies-Jones and Claire Cassidy, for family and friends.

Nikki is currently starring in Lift The Musical in the West End after playing Elphaba in Wicked. Her other West End credits include Mamma Mia and Blood Brothers.

Principal Emma Bradford said: "This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to work across the ages ranges and to learn from absolutely top star performers."

Emma would like to offer the opportunity to the wider community to take part in this special event. You will need to be aged 7 to 18 and have enthusiasm.

There will be a charge of £20 for three hours for the additional ten places, on a first to apply basis.

The workshop is at Stagecoach Theatre Arts School on March 17, 10am to 1pm and 2.30pm to 5.30pm.
