Stolen car was found burnt out in Efford

Police are investigating the theft of a car after it was found burnt out in Plymouth.

At 11.30pm on Friday, January 25 police received a report of a silver Vauxhall Omega on fire in the park between Compton Lane and Trefusis Gardens in Efford.

The car, which was totally destroyed, had been stolen sometime between 9.30pm and 11.30pm from a driveway at Ward Place, Efford.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call PC Ian Bell on 101 quoting crime number EC/13/761, or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
