Striker Reuben Reid re-signs for Plymouth Argyle on loan from Yeovil
Reid is set to be included in the Argyle squad for their relegation 'six-pointer' against Accrington Stanley at Home Park tomorrow (3pm) and will wear the number 24 shirt.
He started his professional career at Argyle and made seven league appearances, including one start, before signing for Brentford in February 2008.

Prior to that, Reid had been loaned to four clubs, including Torquay United.
Former Argyle and Yeovil player Ryan Dickson tweeted this morning: All the best to Reuben Reid down at Plymouth! On his day one of the most talented players I know! #pafc
Reid signed a two-year contract for Yeovil last summer after being released by Oldham Athletic.
He grabbed a hat-trick for the Glovers when they beat Argyle 5-0 in a pre-season friendly at Dorchester Town FC in July.
Reid has made 11 starts and 14 substitute appearances for Yeovil this term and scored six goals.
Argyle manager John Sheridan had made it clear he wanted to add another striker to his squad, especially after telling Rhys Griffiths he could leave the club.

“Agree with PaigntonGreen, give the lad a chance to see what he can bring to the team,it was a long time ago that he last pulled on the Argyle shirt and at the time he was highly rated but was not ready for that level of football, but as his stats show at Rotherham he can and will perform at this level.
Hope the GREEN ARMY turns out in force to support the lads this afternoon and that they secure those much needed points.
ONWARDS AND UPWARDS.”

“Takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch so why even risk it at this delicate stage of the season? All argyle needs is Yeovil cast offs. Make a comment like that again Wiggy and ill get my Dad on you!”

“SidelineSam, Correct, as has been stated it was Zebrowki not Reid that fell out with Wotts.
What a lot of people forget as that last time around we were playing at a higher (Championship) level, when Reuben didn't quite make it, like he didn't make it at WBA.
At this level he seems to be a good signing so less of the negative waves, give the lad a chance and get behind the team today. COYG”

“What was the problem, with him last time he was here, good player just bit arrogant, seems a lot of nobs are getting him mixed up with Zebroski.”

“Have Plymouth Argyle just signed Robin Van Persie. No thought not, but by the sound of these dribbling farmers comments you would have thought they have.
Reality is they have signed some donkey who can't get in the Yeovil team.
Little things please little minds ;)”
