Students get a pizza the action at fresher's day
NEW students at Petroc in Tiverton got a chance to find out about the work of charities, local groups and political parties last week at a Fresher's Fair held on campus.
The event held last Wednesday afternoon September 19 was a chance for the students to find out more about the world beyond their studies.
Local charity Unite Carers in Mid Devon used the event to officially launch the Bright Futures project in the district, a scheme which aims to raise awareness among young carers of support available.
