Talented art students enjoy mural making

GIFTED and talented art students from Pilton College have designed, drawn and helped paint an indoor mural at the school.

The mural, designed to fit in the school's cruciform-shaped classroom block, was produced with the help of artist in residence Roger Ford. It depicts places around the world pupils from Pilton have visited.

Pilton head of art, Luna North, said: "It's been so inspiring for the students to have an artist of Roger's technical skill leading them in such an innovative project which will benefit both pupils and staff for many years."
