Tea party made more than £1k
MORE than £1,000 was made for charity at a cream tea Sunday held at Chevithorne Farm earlier this summer.
This year was the 15th that the event has been held in aid of British Retinitis Pigmentosa Society.
A total of £1,069.89 was raised at the tea party and organisers have thanked all those who helped on the day.
The weather was good and those attending were able to enjoy a brew and delicious homemade cakes in the garden.

The organisers would also like to thank other local firms and family members for all their donations and draw prizes.
