Teenage Plymouth Scout admits child sex charge
A TEENAGER has admitted inciting a young girl to engage in sexual activity.
Stephen Wooster changed his plea on the brink of his trial at Plymouth Crown Court yesterday. The 18-year-old admitted causing or inciting a child aged under the age of 16 to engage in sexual activity between January and May last year. Wooster was 17 at the time of the offence.
He previously admitted four counts of possessing and making indecent images of children.
The court heard all of the pictures have been categorised as Level 1, the least serious.

Andrew Maitland, for the Crown Prosecution Service, said Wooster, whom he described as a "very keen Scout" was of previous good character.
Judge Graham Cottle ordered a probation officer to prepare a full report on his background. Wooster, of Bridwell Road, in Weston Mill, was released on unconditional bail to return for sentence on November 8.
