Teenager arrested over Exmouth bungalow fire
UPDATE AUGUST 12: Police have revealed a 17-year-old boy from Exmouth has been arrested on suspicion of burglary, theft, arson and criminal damage. He has been released on police bail until November 5 when he has been ordered to report to Heavitree Road police station.
A joint police and fire service investigation has been launched following a fire at a bungalow in Exmouth which was severely damaged.
The fire broke out at the property in Kay Close, Exmouth at around 8pm on Wednesday.

No-one was in the property at the time but the fire caused smoke damage at neighbouring properties.
Three residents from nearby properties were evacuated but no-one was injured.
House-to-house enquiries in the area are being conducted while an investigation into the cause of the fire continues.
DC Jason Skuse said: “We’d like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area.
“Thankfully no-one was injured but the fire caused extensive damage to the bungalow.”
