Don't panic, thorough planning will help, so start here:
You will want to build your presentation in a programme you are familiar and confident with, so ask the right questions before you start working on your presentation. Find out what system the company uses, so you're sure your hardware and software will be compatible.

Make sure you have done your research on the job role and the issue you are researching for your presentation – why not call the company and ask them about your topic?
If you are using notes, keep these to a minimum to encourage you to look at the panel instead of just at your notes.
Try to do something innovative or something involving your audience, this can be a great way to find out what they want to hear.
Make sure slides are mostly of images with minimum words – nobody wants to hear you just read out what you've put on a screen in front of them.
Make hand-outs to leave with the panel (these can be a great back up if your presentation fails, which of course it won't).
When you have finished, warmly welcome questions about your presentation and be prepared to answer them.
