Tiverton man charged with driving while on Methylenedioxymethylamphetamine
A man from Tiverton has been charged with driving a motor vehicle whilst unfit through drugs.
It follows an incident in Exeter on November 11, 2011 when officers went to the car park of the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital in Barrack Road just before 6pm following a 'concern for welfare' call from a member of the public.
There they found Justin Jellico, aged 42, and arrested him on suspicion of being unfit in charge of a car.
He was detained and interviewed before being released on police bail.
