Tiverton man on sexual assault charge has case sent to Exeter Crown Court
A MAN has who has been charged with sexual assault has had his case committed for trial at Exeter Crown Court.
Richard Fleming, 45, who lives in Bampton Street, Tiverton is facing a charge of sexually assaulting a woman over the age of 16 in Tiverton.

He will now make a first appearance at the crown court on February 19.
