Torquay United facing a game every four days as fixture list stacks up
Weather-hit Torquay United face a daunting schedule of a match every four days for two months after their latest fixture rearrangement.
The Gulls, who are two games behind most of their npower League Two rivals, suffered another postponement against Chesterfield at Plainmoor last Saturday. That match has now been rearranged for Tuesday, March 19 (7.45pm).

Manager Martin Ling's side must play 15 matches in 59 days – from February 2, when they travel to Cheltenham Town, to April 1, when they entertain Bradford City.
February sees them play Cheltenham (away), Fleetwood (home), Rotherham United (home), Rochdale (away), Aldershot Town (away), Port Vale (home) and Wycombe Wanderers (home).

In March they tackle Accrington Stanley (away), Oxford United (home), Dagenham and Redbridge (away), Southend United (away), Chesterfield (home), York City (home) and Northampton Town (away), followed by Bradford at home on Easter Monday.
In addition to the Good Friday trip to Northampton, Torquay are also committed to a series of Tuesday games during February and March. That is as long as they do not suffer any more postponements – they have only two midweek dates free if that happens.
The Gulls have 20 games left in all, ten at home and ten away, with their second Devon derby against Exeter City at St James' Park next up in front of the Sky Sports cameras next Monday, January 28.
The wintry weather is not just affecting the senior professionals, for Torquay's youth team has played only one competitive match since November 9. Their scheduled Football League Youth Alliance fixture against Plymouth Argyle at Elburton Villa was called off for a second time yesterday.
Yeovil Town's League One home match against Preston North End will now be played at Huish Park on Tuesday, February 12, with a 7.45pm kick-off.
The match was meant to be played last Saturday, but was postponed due to heavy snowfall and unsafe conditions around Huish Park.
