Trial date for 21-year-old
A 21-YEAR-OLD has pleaded not guilty to using threatening words and behaviour in South Molton.
Michael Holland, of 16 Exmoor View, South Molton, appeared before North Devon Magistrates' Court on Friday.
He was charged with using threatening, abusive, insulting words and behaviour with intent to cause fear to which he pleaded not guilty. The alleged offence is said to have taken place on August 22.
The case has been adjourned for the trial, which will take place on March 25.
