Tyrell has high level of patient approval
ILFRACOMBE'S Tyrell Hospital has performed well in a review of patient privacy, dignity and nutrition.
The Care Quality Commission, which regulates hospitals in the UK, made an unannounced inspection in July last year.
The visit was part of 500 nationwide inspections looking specifically at privacy, dignity and nutrition in care homes and hospitals.
Inspectors noted the Tyrell was meeting standards in all five categories.
