Van and lorry crash on A386 near Hatherleigh
A crash on the A386 in Meeth has left one man in hospital and the road closed.
Emergency services were called to the A386 at the Petrockstowe junction at around 1.10pm today, after reports of a crash.

A white VW Transporter van and a silver Volvo lorry were involved in the collision.
One fire crew from Hartherleigh and another from Okehampton arrived at 1.15pm.

The vehicles had collided in a head-on fashion but nobody was trapped, said fire crews.
Firefighters gave first aid treatment to the two casualties on the scene and made both vehicles safe before leaving the scene in the hands of police.
The crash left the male driver of the Transporter with minor injuries and he was taken to hospital by ambulance.
The road is closed between the A3124 junction in Great Torrington and the A3072 junction in Hatherleigh.
Diversions have been set up but traffic delays are heavy.
