The 32-year-old said: "I can feel the difference in myself and the dress is beautiful. I've been really looking forward to putting it on and I can't wait to get married now.
"It has been really tough, far more than I thought it would be.
"Dieting is so tough anyway as all mums know. All of the exercise on top of the job has been gruelling, but it has been fun.
"There have been times where I thought I wouldn't be able to do it but I have. Now I feel fabulous, and really proud."
She thanked staff at Prudence Gowns and UCP Marjon for all their help.
Adding to Kerry's gorgeous look were Jaimie Sullivan, from The Hair Priory, who created Kerry's hair while her make-up was done by Sarah Bennett.
Kerry is marrying her partner Matthew Pollard in Cyprus today on Nissy Beach in Ayia Napa at 2.30pm.
Kerry and Matthew, along with their two children and 70 guests, will then be eating in a local traditional restaurant and enjoying a party later.
The Herald's sales director added: "I did it for myself but now Matthew will be even more proud of me on our wedding day. He is a lovely man, he is a good man, and now I feel good for me and him.
"I don't feel nervous at all, Matthew and I were always meant to get married and we're so blessed that we are. I started going out with him when I was 13 and now I'm 32.
"I just can't wait to be a wife, and Matthew's wife."
Target was reached with expert coaching
Experts from UCP Marjon have been helping Kerry achieve body beauty ahead of her big day.
Gavin Seymour has been putting Kerry through her paces with kick boxing (pictured right), using kettle bells, ropes, speed harnesses and agility ladders, as well as doing short spurts of intense exercise with rowing and squats.
As well as making the most of a personal trainer, Kerry has also been using the state-of-the-art facilities for gym time and exercise classes.
Gavin, aged 24, from Southway, set up the personal training services at UCP Marjon. He has been doing interval training, closely monitoring her diet and toning her up.
Gavin said: "It was a big challenge and I knew it was going to be tough because she wanted to lose a lot in the time, but Kerry was willing to go with it.
"She dedicated herself entirely to the plan and now she looks fantastic, you can easily see the difference.
"I'm delighted my tailor-made session plans have enabled Kerry to lose all the weight and in such a short time frame."
Gavin is now offering 10 personal training sessions for £200. Normally a session would cost £25.
The offer is available to both UCP Marjon Sports Centre members and non-members.
