Exeter-based internet service provider, Eclipse Internet, is funding one of its long-standing employees to undertake the University of Exeter's pioneering new One Planet MBA.

Andrew Challis will be undertaking the course over two and a half years, in addition to working full time at Eclipse. He joined the company, which has 110 staff, over five years ago as a web developer and is now its software services manager.

The MBA has been developed to help create the environmentally-focused business leaders of the future and is run in partnership with the World Wildlife Fund and is unique to the UK.

Mr Challis said: "I saw the MBA as a way to broaden my horizons in terms of business awareness, as that's getting more and more important in my role at Eclipse.
