Woman charged with drink driving after car crashed into police vehicle
A woman has been charged with being almost three times over the drink drive limit after her car was in collision with a police vehicle.
The incident happened at around 2.30am on Sunday, December 2 when Maya Gregory was allegedly driving a Vauxhall Corsa with a frozen windscreen the wrong way in Quay Road, Teignmouth.

She collided head on with the police car.
Maya, 20 and from Bromley, got out of the vehicle and was spoken to by officers who requested a breath test.

This she failed at the roadside and a second sample at the police station gave a reading of 101 Ugs.
The legal limit is 35.
She was detained before being charged and bailed to appear before South and west Devon Magistrates' Court on December 18.
No one was injured as a result of the collision.
