“Name them display there picture and curfew them for at least 12 months, so there parents know where they are and then most people should be safe from these morons at least.
There are far to many do gooders about now maybe some of them could be made to make sure the curfews are observed, the police have worked with there hands tied for far to long.”

“@ robocop1982, it will publicise the imbeciles and ensure they lose they're anonymity, that's pretty obvious isn't it? Furthermore it will show others that commiting stupid acts may well result in a criminal conviction and everyone they know (and don't know) will be able to read about it. Being able to commit a criminal act where your worst outcome is a private slap on the wrist is what allows this sort of behavior to continue unabated. Fortunately the politically correct brigades eons-long exercise in what it thinks is the best way forward is starting to unravel at last and decent people want results, not pandering. As sudden stop on the bus is just that, no chance to prepare and people do get hurt.”

“FabDBone, what a ridiculously flippant remark. The passenger could have been seriously injured for all you know, and not everyone's first thought is "what can I get out of it?"”

“If caught march them straightaway to the parents and charge them as well. None of this "cannot be named for legal reasons" name and shame and it just might make the parents take some responsibility for their offspring but I doubt it.”
