Woman knocked out in Tavistock after blow to the head
A woman was hit on the head from behind and left unconscious by an unknown attacker in Tavistock.
Detectives are now looking for witnesses to the assault on the woman in her 20s.
The victim was walking in Monksmead in the town at about 6.40pm. on Monday when she was hit on the back of the head by a single blow.
She lost consciousness and fell to the ground.
