Yachtsmen rescued on River Dart
Two yachtsmen were rescued after becoming marooned on the River Dart.
The two had become stuck on Sunday from a yacht mooring off Sandridge shore.
The Dart lifeboat had just launched on exercise at just after 10am when they were tasked by the Coastguard to evacuate the two sailors marooned on their 28ft Falmouth work boat, moored above Dittisham.
They had gone out to check the yacht in their small inflatable tender with an outboard.
