Serious accident shuts A30 near Exeter
The eastbound lane of the A30 has been closed between Whiddon Down and Alphington Junction in Exeter, because of a serious accident.
The road was closed around 6pm, and although the other side of the road has been reopened there are reports of long delays

Helicopters, fire engines and police are reported to be at the scene.
