Two arrested after rape claim
Police investigating a reported rape of a woman in Exeter have arrested two men.
It follows an incident which occurred between 1am and 2am in Monday in a lane that joins Sidwell Street and King William Street, near to St Sidwell's Church in Exeter.

Following arrest and interview yesterday the two men, both aged 23, were released on police bail until November 28 pending further police enquires.
Police say they are not looking for any other suspects in connection with the incident but would appreciate contact from any other witnesses who were in the area at the time and are appealing for witnesses.

Police spokesman said: “This is the early stages of the investigation and there is very little information we can share at this stage. Right now detectives will be gathering all the details they can.
Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and ask that they contact them on 101 quoting police reference 59 of 250912.
