Do your bonny baby proud and enter them in Herald competition
THE DAD of 2011's Herald Baby of the Year is encouraging parents across Plymouth to enter their young ones into the competition.
Peter Duggan, dad of two-year-old Louis, said he was "so proud" when the toddler picked up the winner's title.
"The prizes were great but the best prize was just the fact he had won. Another great part was all the pictures we bought of him," he explained.
Peter, from Greenbank, who works as an engineer, and Louis' mum Christina Shilvock entered the toddler in the popular contest.

The competition begins again today with photographers setting up in Drake Circus shopping centre ready to take your baby's picture.
And up for grabs this year is a family holiday to Disneyland Paris.
Peter added: "I would encourage people to sign up, it made us very proud parents that he won.
"We weren't so much confident, but we were hoping he was going to win and when he did it was great for us and a great achievement for Louis – even though he didn't know it. He's a cheeky chap and Mr Popular."
Photo sessions will take place in the shopping centre's food court next to Burger King. Photographers will be on hand from 10am - 4.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30am - 4pm on Sundays.
