Ricky Harold Dunster, 28, of Salterton Road, Exmouth, admitted possessing 0.92 grams of cocaine in the town on June 13. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of £215.

Rudi Taylor, 20, of Poltimore Road, South Molton, admitted using threatening words or behaviour in Exeter on June 1. He was ordered to pay £115 in fines and costs.

Amanda Jane Frost, 37, of Farm Hill, Exwick, was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison, suspended for a year, for stealing perfume and sunglasses worth £340 from Debenhams, perfume worth £84 from Boots and stealing a phone and laptop charger from Maplins.

Paul Shaw, 39, of Alphington Street, Exeter, was ordered to attend a Thinking Skills programme after admitting stealing two Vax vacuum cleaners worth £120 from Argos and meat and cheese worth £92.55 from Spar Shops Ltd.

Timothy John Wakeley, 38, of Prince Charles Road, Beacon Heath, admitted destroying a hedge and a pane of glass belonging to Jamil Miah on July 10, breaching an antisocial behaviour order on two occasions and three charges of failing to answer bail on time. Sentence adjourned.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Simon Charles Mills, 27, of Laburnum Road, Exeter. He admitted taking a car without the owner's consent, driving while disqualified and using a car without insurance.

Karl Gibbs, 24, of Old Roselyn Road, Par, admitted possessing 0.7 grams of cocaine in Exeter. He was ordered to pay £115 in fines and costs.

Mitch Peter Reg Christopher, 25, of Rousdon, Lyme Regis, admitted criminal damage to a Peugeot 106 in Seaton. He received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £85 costs. A restraining order preventing him from contacting Dean Timothy Brookes was issued.

Jason Stillman, 32, of Ash Road, Aldershot, admitted sending an article of indecent/offensive nature to two Willand residents. He was ordered to carry out 50 hours of unpaid work.

A Cullompton teenager who cannot be named for legal reasons will be electronically tagged and ordered to abide by a curfew after he was found guilty of criminally damaging a car.

Graham Howard, 53, of Haccombe Close, Exeter, was ordered to pay fines and court costs of £115 after admitting stealing a bottle of red wine worth £3.49 from Sainsbury's and failing to answer police bail.

Dean Turner, 20, of Belle Vue Close, Stroud, was ordered to pay £195 in court costs and fines after admitting being drunk and disorderly in Exmouth's Victoria Road.

Warren Scott Lee Chalice, 19, of Hazel Road, Exeter, was found guilty of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and admitted a charge of stealing food and drink worth £13.55 from Fresha on Sowton Industrial Estate. Sentence adjourned.

Richard Sidney Price, 49, of Linnet Dene, Cullompton, was ordered to pay fines and court costs of £625 after he admitted driving without due care and attention and failing to comply with a red light.

Jeffrey Walmsley, 40, of Burnthouse Lane, Wonford, Exeter, was ordered to pay £6.75 to Fresha in Sowton after he admitted stealing food and drink worth £13.35.
