John Harris, 59, of Normandy Road, Exeter, admitted driving a Perodua Kelisa when over the drink drive limit on August 4 in Normandy Road. He was banned from driving for 23 months and ordered to pay £440 in fines and costs.

Anthony John Powell, 70, of Sidwell Street, Exeter, admitted driving a Peugeot in Verney Street while over the drink-drive limit. He was disqualified from driving for three years and ordered to pay £220 in court costs and fines.

Nicholas Martin Stokes, 30, of St Annes Road, Exeter, admitted three charges of being drunk and disorderly in the Strand, Exmouth on July 28, in Queen Street, Exeter, on August 2 and again in Exeter on August 12. The offences breached the terms of four conditional discharges. Stokes was fined £25 for the latest offences and was ordered to stay in the courtroom for a period of time in lieu of the financial penalty.

Allison Sarah Wickham, 43, of School Road, Ongar, admitted stealing a cardigan worth £9 from Exeter's Primark, a can of Lynx deodorant and skin cream worth £25 from Boots in the city and perfume worth £100 from Debenhams. She received a 12-month conditional discharge and was fined £85.

Richard Albert Brice, 62, of Eastlands, Hemyock, admitted using threatening words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in his village on August 5 and breaching a conditional discharge. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £15.

A warrant for the arrest of Arran Oliver Doherty, 24, was issued after he failed to appear in court to face a charge of cannabis possession.

Louise Jenkins, 26, of Nelson Drive, Exmouth, admitted possessing cannabis in Exmouth on May 30. She was ordered to pay fines and court costs of £250.

Jason Thomas Patrick Lowe, 39, of Smythen Street, Exeter, admitted using threatening words or behaviour on August 6 in Exeter and breaching the terms of a conditional discharge. He received a six-month conditional discharge.

Grant David Street, 28, of Sandford, Crediton, admitted driving while disqualified in Jockey Hill, Crediton, on August 9. He was ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid community work and pay costs of £85.

Kate Emma Williams, 30, of Cowick Lane, St Thomas, Exeter, admitted stealing two tubes of eyelash mascara from Boots in Exeter on June 19, a handbag, five pairs of knickers and a padded bra from H&M on the same day and two packs of meat from Tesco in Cowick Street on June 14. Sentence was deferred and Williams was told she was expected to keep out of trouble.

A warrant for the arrest of Christopher Darran Haggar, 20, of Fairview, Newton St Cyres, was issued after he failed to attend court to face charges of failing to comply with a community order which required him to attend unpaid work appointments.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Luke Reeman, 28, after the resident of Western Road, Crediton, failed to attend court to face charges of failing to attend unpaid work appointments.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Poppie Moon Daniella Jackie Stevens, of Milton Mews, Axminster, after she did not attend court to face charges of failing to keep unpaid community work appointments.
