John Stewart Dolley, 46, of Holwell Farm, Tiverton, admitted assaulting Gareth Smith and Paul Evans in Tiverton on June 29 and criminally damaging a BMW. He was remanded on bail to be sentenced on August 13.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of James Robert Knapman, 34, of Smythen Street, Exeter, after he failed to appear in court to face charges of possession of heroin.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Corey Frederick Soper, 18, of Briar Crescent, Exeter, after he failed to appear in court to face charges of urinating in a public place. The alleged offence took place in Burnthouse Lane, Wonford, on April 7.
Arron Liam Callard, 18, of Commercial Road, Exeter, was electronically tagged and ordered to abide by a curfew which confines him to his home between 8pm and 7am for three months after he admitted going equipped for theft and breaching a conditional discharge he received for possession of cannabis.
Andrew William Chave, 24, of Kentisbeare, was ordered to pay fines and costs of £350 and disqualified from driving for a year after admitting drink driving on the A373 on July 3.
Paul Anthony Criddle, 44, of Eastbourne Terrace, Taunton, was ordered to pay fines and costs of £400 and banned from driving for three years after admitting driving a Lambretta motorcycle at Sandy Bay Caravan Park, Exmouth, while over the drink drive limit.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Daniel Jones, 18, after he failed to appear in court to face charges of being drunk and disorderly in Exmouth's Strand on July 2.
Olegas Jurkevicius, 24, of Elaine Close, Exeter, was ordered to pay fines and court costs of £300 after admitting drink driving in Summer Lane, Exeter, on July 2. He was banned from driving for 18 months.
Christopher Frederick Osborne, 26, of Fraser Road, Exmouth, admitted being drunk and disorderly in the Parade, Exmouth, on July 2.
Darren Lee Reid, 42, of Underhill Crescent, Lympstone, was ordered to pay £1,100 in fines and costs after admitting drink driving in a BMW X5 in Burgmann's Hill, Lympstone, and failing to stop after an accident. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.
Brian Tucker, 47, of no fixed abode, Exeter, was fined £25 for being drunk and disorderly in Exeter's Rougemont Gardens on July 4. He was fined £25 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 after admitting stealing a pack of crumbed ham, worth £4, from an Iceland supermarket. He was detained until the court rose in lieu of a fine of £25 for breaching the terms of a conditional discharge.
Richard Wills, 31, of Summerway, Exeter, admitted breaching the terms of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work. The order was varied and 20 hours' unpaid work was added.
Dean Gennard, 41, of Station Road, Broadclyst, admitted drink driving in a Toyota Celica in Western Way, Exeter, on June 23 and driving without insurance on the same date. He was banned from driving for 40 months and ordered to pay £85 in costs.
Derek Anthony Brett, 30, from Prince Charles Road, Exeter, received a 12-month conditional discharge after he admitted possessing 1.3g of crack cocaine on March 26. An order for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs was made.
Russell Lewis, 49, of Boreham Wood, was ordered to pay fines and costs of £307 after being found to have travelled on a train without a ticket from Bristol to Tiverton Parkway.
