Fire crews attend deep fat fryer fire at Paignton property
Two fire crews from Paignton were called to a property in the town in the early hours of this morning following reports of a deep fat fryer on fire.
Fire crews attended the incident in Greenfield Road just before 1am after the elderly occupant of the property contacted 999 reporting a fire.

The occupant had removed the deep fat fryer from the property and taken it to the garden.
Upon arrival, fire crews confirmed the fire was out and carried out an inspection of the property.
