What happens to unwanted fuel cash?
REGARDING the £4,000 which has been sent to The Herald from people who didn't wish to keep their heating allowance from the Government, I'd like you to print where this money is going to go?
I'm a pensioner and am delighted with my £200 and can use it and keep comfortably warm. I feel an explanation as to who's eligible for help, when we all get the pay out. I'm not on a big private pension and received pension credit, as do my friends.
