Should it be 'a nuisance' of cyclists?
WHY does not the Department of Transport simply add to the front cover of the Highway Code the following: "None of the contents apply to cyclists."?
We would all know where we stood then.
Daily we see these people disregarding the laws of the land with regard to The Road Traffic Act and its regulations.
This made me ponder what is the collective noun for a group of cyclists, most used by other road users?

Is it an "aggression", "nuisance", "lawlessness", "selfishness", "danger" or a "law-breaking" of cyclists?
I wonder what the favourite is?
