I am writing to say a very big thank you.
You came to sort out my Mothers boiler at 7pm on the 8th Feb this year, she is 88 (almost 89) and obviously being without heating and hot water would be a serious problem for her in the cold weather. It was so kind of you to extend your working day, my sister and I do not live close by and we really appreciate your kindness.
