“The shop front does not give the restaurant credit, behind the door lies a large dining hall which I have never had trouble finding a seat in. the food is typical wimpy chain food, with the bender in a bun and special sauce being my regular order whichever outlet i am in!

loads of room for mums with pushchairs and lots of attentive service from the waitresses. the place is lovely and clean.
they also do a take away service which i think a lot of people forget about in bideford during the day” -

Its got such potential!
“The wimpy is your typical fast food outlet but perhaps a little dated.

It sells your usuall fast food chips and burgers with a healthy choice menu as well.
Prices could be a little lower but with no other competition in Bideford it can get away with it.
Always guaranteed a seat in Bideford Wimpy as I feel many may have forgotten where it is!
The place is immaculately clean (due to staff constantly cleaning while the place is empty!) and perhaps smells that way to which could put you off your food slightly
Such a shame its not updated and re advertised as I feel it has such potential. ”
