“Brilliant local cafĂ©, It's right on the Tarka trail literally a few metres from the quay, lovely place to walk by yourself or with company, great views on a clear day. Cake there is gorgeous, especially the Lemon cake :) The waiting staff are really friendly and very polite, couldn't ask for a better service or setting, really a place you must go time and again!

“I love this "cafe" - the food is always fresh and local, and the location is fab - nothing better on a summers day than sitting outside here looking across the estuary :)”

“What a surprise I found today in Fremington, a lovely cafe on the river front, dogs allowed outside and a coastal walk to follow, the cycle path is the famously named Tarka Trail, if you can pull yourself away from your walk or cycle taste the delicious food and drink on offer, well worth a visit and somewhere i will visit again soon. ”
