Lagoon wet cleaning Vs drycleaning
Lagoon is the only environmentally friendly alternative to traditional dry cleaning, meaning any item can be cleaned via the Lagoon wet cleaning method. Dry cleaning uses chemicals that are very hazardous to human beings, and also extremely dangerous to environment.
However if you would prefer to use the traditional dry cleaning method we at Ideal have tried to limit the amount of harmful and dangerous chemicals we use in our cleaning process. We adhere to rigid requirements and maintain the purity of our dry cleaning products. If you have something that needs professional attention from people who care, trust Ideal.
All Items Hand Checked
We spot check all garments by hand to make sure there are no remaining stains, then all garments are hand finished by a trained technician. We are extremely proud of this high level of service and can guarantee brilliant results.

Staff don't even know about their own advertised offers
“We tried Ideal for the first time as they are near where we live. Later the same day that we took our clothes in, we noticed an ad in the local paper for 50% off if you tried their delivery service. I telephoned the next morning to say we were dissapointed not to have been told about the offer when we came into the shop, the man there said he knew nothing about the offer and could/would not do anything about what we'd been charged. When my husband collected the item he expressed his annoyance again, only to be told by the girl behind the counter that she ( still) knew nothing about an offer and this was two days later. The man we spoke to had apparently not even bothered to ensure other customers didn't have the same experience as us or to make sure other staff even knew about the offer they'd advertised . Not at all 'customer service' orientated and hardly impressive. We wont be using them again or recommending them either ”

“I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the offers system. However, the advert is to encourage customers to use our van delivery and collection service. As you came into the shop you had already gone to the trouble of finding us which we are very grateful for. We are not going to turn you away after you have made a special effort to come into our shop. I apologise for our staff's poor customers service and thank you for highlighting this. If you would like to talk about this tomorrow i will be more than happy to discuss the situation further and arrange a special compensation for you. Please ask for James. ”
