Everyone is welcome at Quay Toning and we pride ourselves in helping our members achieve their goals. When you become a member you can discuss your goals and aspirations and then your personal trainer will monitor your progress and re-assess you regularly.

Our Health Suite offers Holistic Therapy including massages, reflexology, colour therapy and hot stone therapy. Also available are facials, body wraps and we have an infra-red sauna and sunshower.
