Three trapped in lift at Exeter shopping centre
Three people were trapped in a lift this afternoon at Princesshay Shopping Centre, Exeter.
Emergency services were called and two fire engines from Danes Castle fire station were mobilised. On arrival crews confirmed that three people were stuck inside and got to work to release them from the lift. All three were rescued uninjured.

The shopping centre owner, Land Securities, declined to comment on the incident.
