“How OTT were the good old D&CC? Helicopter??????
I guess we can put it down to lack of experience. Up in London, Met officers are on duty at bigger games and crowds than this EVERY week.
Had Argyle ever made it to the top flight, heaven knows how the police would have over-reacted.”

“How about, after each match, these people get to stay behind on the pitch. Give them ALL weapons and let them crack on. Close the doors and let the moronic chavs exterminate each other. There'd be no loss to society, only gains, to the gene pool, prison population, local crime figures and the cost of policing these events.”

“With the numbers Old Bill had there,of course there would have been no major outbreaks of bother....
Did hear on the way back from Exeter that there were some minor scuffles in or near the train station before and after the game.”

“Has it really comes to this that Argyle and City fans can't even muster up a decent ruck? Too busy applying moisturiser and worrying about their hair no doubt.”
